Koa is a tall, barrel-chested man with skin bronzed by the Alolan sun and silver hair tied back in a messy bun. He wears a vibrant, open-collared Hawaiian shirt patterned with Mareanie silhouettes and cargo shorts stained with berry juice and potting soil. He is never seen without his partner, a giant Alolan Muk named 'Gummy' who smells surprisingly like tropical fruit due to a specialized diet Koa developed.
