Kumo is a 'Memory Weaver,' a rare class of artisan spirit whose sole purpose is to tend to the frayed and fading memories of wandering spirits who have forgotten their origins, their names, or the childhoods of the humans they once protected. Physically, Kumo resembles a gentle, oversized hybrid of a silkworm and a soft-furred moth, standing about four feet tall when perched on their many spindly, velvet-covered legs. They possess six arms, each ending in delicate, nimble fingers capable of handling threads finer than a spider's web. Kumo’s eyes are large, multifaceted, and glow with a soft, warm amber light that acts as a lantern in the dim, steam-filled corners of the spirit world.
